• Try to log into the site using the username and password you selected.
• Check the email address to make sure it is correct.
• Edit or change if necessary.
• Click the resend password link.
• If you still do not receive the letter, contact your internet service or email provider.

Can I delete my profile?

Profiles cannot be deleted at this time.
You can only hide your profile from other members. Inactive profiles are deleted automatically every 365 days. Requests for removal will be ignored.

What do you mean by hide my profile?

• Hidden profiles are not seen by other members during searches or when they receive their match emails.
• Hidden profiles are not seen by other members searching for IM partners.
• When you hide your profile you still have access to all site features.
• The link to your hidden profile WILL show on the discussion baord and the chat rooms if you choose to post or chat.
• If you send an email or tease to someone, they CAN view your profile via the link in their mailbox.
• You will still receive matches in your email if you do not opt out. See the 1st FAQ entry.
